HOW IS MY DANCERS COSTUME SIZE DETERMINED?
All students are measured in classes in November/December. We measure their chest, waist, hips and girth. We give about an inch of room for growth. Those measurements are then compared against the costume companies size chart to determind which size to measure. If a child is on the higher end of a size, we typically bump them up to the next costume size. You can view you childs measurements and costume sizes by logging into your parent portal, going to the menu, then to View Student Measurements. The Size Desc is the size that was ordered. You can also look at the costume company, and view their size chart on our website.
