Miss Jessica S (Ballet & Pointe)

Jessica was trained in classical ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, theater dance, tap, afro-caribbean folk, ballroom, voice, acting. She studied with Frank Ohman, Arsenio Andrade, Nina Buisson, Diego Funes, Chet Walker, Vera Huff, Barry Moncliff, Barbara Simon and Rick Imerman. Miss Jessica continued her training taking workshops/master classes with Elizabeth Parkinson, Mia Michael, Ann Reinking, Jane Comfort, Lula Washington, Bill T. Jones, Stacy Cadell, New Orleans Jazz Dance Project, Wade Madsen, Jennie Hill, Ed Kresley, Ausettua Armor Amemkum. In addition to her training she has appeared in film, television and commercial/print work. She was a principal dancer with Mad Cap Dance Company, principal dancer/choreographer with So Dance Collective, principal dancer/percussionist with Variations Dance Company and a soloist with Newcomb Dance Company and New York Dance Theatre. Miss Jessica has also performed in regional theater in productions of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, La Traviata, Romeo and Juliette to name a few. In addition to her performing, she has taught at Variations, Ohman School of Ballet, the Rinx as ballet coach for competition level figure skaters, Long Island Lutheran Middle and High School, and Great Neck Gymnastics Center as a dance coach.
