Miss Erin (Hip Hop & Jazz) Miss Erin was trained in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Acrobatics, Pointe, and Modern. She studied under “So You Think You Can Dance” choreographer Stacey Tookey In addition to Ms Tookey, Erin also studied with Jeff Amsden, David Sanders, Maurice Brandon Curry, Mandy Kerr, and Chris Hale to name a few. She has been dancing for 22 years and teaching for 7 years. She has competed in regional and national competitions all along the east coast and was picked at NYCDA regionals as one of the outstanding dancers to perform in the opening act at NYCDA Nationals Gala in New York City. She also competed in and performed the opening act with Paula Abdul at Company Dance Nationals that was aired on ESPN. Erin has also performed for Tanzomer touring Germany, Austria, and Italy. She has participated in DRA (Dancers Responding to Aids) benefit held in Bryant Park, NYC. Miss Erin is new to Releve Dance Centre and is excited for a wonderful year ahead. |
